Every Saturday from 12pm, Rosetta Ristorante will be serving up a carefully-curated, succulent share-style Italian menu that’s an ode to our beloved bucket-list topper.
Kicking the three-course banquet off is burrata with tomatoes, olive oil and basil (*drools*), salumi misti and fusilli with zucchini, pine nuts, mint and stracchino. For mains, expect grilled market fish with salmoriglio, roast spring lamb with peperonata, fresh green salad and twice cooked, crispy potatoes. And be sure to leave room for dessert because the torta di Verona and cannoli is so good it should be illegal.
Now, we all know the wallet can take a bit of a beating over the holiday season, but Rosetta Ristorante offers two banquet options so you can choose what’s right for you and your mates. The $70 per person option includes an Aperol Spritz on arrival to ensure your luncheon is done right, while the $99 per person option includes a two-hour beverage package with bottomless Aperol Spritz, Italian prosecco, wine and beer (don’t deprive yourself of what you truly deserve).
