Australia’s first ever gut health bar has thrown open its doors in Noosa and welcome to the future.
It might not be deliberate, but we all mistreat our gut on the regular. Whether it’s accidently polishing off that wheel of brie, knocking back that extra cocktail or feasting on a little too much brioche, we could all be a bit nicer to our gut. And considering that this part of our body has such a huge effect on our overall health, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
Enter Noosa’s newest café, Jungle & Co, aptly named after the “jungle” that lives in our stomachs. Created by collagen-lover and gut health enthusiast Vladia Cobrdova, Jungle & Co doubles as a creative workspace and public workshop area, but the hero of this place has got to be the great-for-you food and drinks.
Made from locally-sourced ingredients, all their eats, freshly-blended juices and smoothies are made in store and will help your body retain its balance. On the menu, you’ll find smoothie bowls, build-your-own salads infused with prebiotics and probiotics, flower essence-infused juices, collagen smoothies, botanical elixirs, and even collagen-infused coffees. Or, if you’re looking for something more substantial, there’s a range of gut-healthy toast options, open melts and wraps, and even smashed avocado with pink beetroot feta, peas, chilli, hemp oil, hemp seeds and eggs served on gut-friendly toast.
There’s also a fully-stocked grab-and-go fridge, as well as fresh produce, mason jars, collagen powders, Jungle & Co merchandise and healthy gut cookbooks written by Vladia herself. Basically, Jungle & Co is your one-stop-shop for all things healthy and delicious.
Just as incredible as its extensive gut-friendly menu is Jungle & Co’s interior and outdoor seating area. Laidback, relaxed and the perfect mix of modern, coastal and minimal, you could spend hours here, sipping on immunity collagen broths and brain-boosting smoothies.
Tucked away in the pavilion at Noosa Junction, Jungle & Co is now open seven days for breakfast and lunch.
Hooked? We thought so. Stay on the wellness buzz and head to Noosa Flow.
