Fresh for 2019 is one of the most highly anticipated beauty drops of the year—and we’re only in January. Primed for release this February are three new iterations of the iconic MAC Girl palettes, and they’re bang on the money for SS19 trends.
Raver Girl, Pretty Punk and Smarty Pants are set to join the now-iconic status of other MAC Girl ranges Basic Bitch, Power Hungry and Qween Supreme, featuring a succinct range of the brand’s best-selling eyeshadow and lip formulas.
Each line will drop a nine-shade eye and cheek palette, two lipsticks and two shades of Lipglass. Smarty Pants is jam-packed with classic neutrals and soft metallics, while Pretty Punk carries a mix of bold metallics and bold mattes. It’s Raver Girl, however, that’s caught our eye: featuring a palette of clashing neon and metallic (think pigmented purples, pinks, deep navy and shimmers), fluoro purple lipstick and glossy wet-look shimmering Lipglass, the entire range plays into the futuristic neon trend that’s spilled over into beauty from the AW19 Fashion Week.
MAC Girls will be available online and instore from February 4. Keep your eyes peeled (but it will be hard to miss).
