How good is summer? When the mercury rises so does our party spirit and this summer is jam-packed with feasts and festivities. One summer pop-up we won’t be missing is Club Aperol

Back by popular demand, a string of Club Aperol pop-ups will surface over the next few months serving up all the things we love—refreshing Aperol Spritz, droolworthy Italian and The Australian Open. We’re talking gelato trucks, moreish tapas, DJs, photobooths and the tennis live on the big screen.

We can’t think of a better way to relish the tennis and balmy afternoons, so grab your mates, don your best tennis attire and cheer your favourites on because these Club Aperol celebrations are set to go off.

Sydney

Coogee Pavilion 4 January – 6 February

By far one of the best venues to hit up in Sydney, Coogee Pavilion is the go-to venue for a post-swim spritz. This summer, if you and your mates purchase two refreshing Aperol Spritz your third one is complimentary. Now that’s what we call a sweet summer deal.

The Winery 8 January – 10 March

If you’re looking for a sophisticated spot to watch the finals, The Winery is just the place. Spreading the summer cheer, the Surry Hills favourite will be serving up a dedicated Aperol bar with bands, DJs and of course, giant screens for all the big matches. There'll also be an aperitivo hour with complimentary nibbles Sunday to Thursday from 4pm - 6pm.

Melbourne

Transport Hotel 7 January – 15 March

Melbourne's Transport Hotel Club Aperol pop-up is giving the people want they want: $12 Aperol Spritz all day, every day. Plus, there's a fun photobooth to capture all your silly summer moments, and live DJ sets on Sunday afternoons. It's a resounding yes from us.

QT Melbourne 18 December – 17 February

This summer soirée is set to go off. From a life-size tennis court and gelato cart to live music and Aperol Spritz stations, it brings the thrill of the match indoors, and trust us when we say — you’ll be anything but bored. Head straight to the Rooftop at QT Melbourne for a sure-fire way to spend a sunny afternoon with your mates watching the Australian Open overlooking the Melbourne city skyline.

Brisbane

Regatta Hotel 21 December – 24 February

Bursting with colour, awesome music acts, delicious Aperol Spritz and an equally tasty aperitivo menu, the Regatta Hotel’s courtyard will transform into a ‘gram-worthy Aperol Spritz garden every day throughout summer. Share a few Italian-style dishes with your friends and kick back while watching the tennis; this is the Brisbane haunt to hole-up in on a summery afternoon.
