Channel your farm vibes and tick off your good deed for the month, The Three Blue Ducks together with Brookies Gin, are hosting a taste of Byron Bay in the big city.
You’re basically in for a huge foraged feast for dinner (four courses of it), which will raise money for The Big Scrub, the coastal plain inland from Ballina to Lismore, to assist in rainforest regeneration, so rest assured, your meal will have a big impact.
As for the foodie rundown, it’s packed with Brookie’s Gin-cured Spanish Mackerel sashimi, gin infused pig and salt-baked sweet potato served up with crème fraîche and garlic.
The evening and food will be inspired by suppliers and producers of the Northern Rivers near Byron Bay, including Stone & Wood, Jilly Wines Brookfarm, pork from Byron, garlic and greens from The Farm and seafood from Bay Seafood.
