Clear your calendar, one of Sydney’s favourite food festivals is coming back as part of the Good Food Month, so ready your body for the most-talked-about Asian hawker-style Hyde Park blowout.

Yep, Sydney’s Night Noodle Markets are back (set to kick off Friday 11 October), which means you’re in for 40 sizzling stalls for nine nights. Feasts on the menu will be from places like Gelato Messina, Melbourne's Hoy Pinoy, Shallot Thai, Mr Bao, Bao Brothers, the mee goreng heroes at May’s Malaysian Hawker, Waffleland, Fly Over Fritterie, Let's Do Yum Cha, Donut Papi, The Bearded Pigs, Chur Burger—and a whole heap more.

Along with this, expect a tonne of foodie fueled antics to get around on the broader Good Food Month program this year, including a southern-inspired foodie night out at Mary’s Underground featuring vegan trailblazer Shannon Martinez (just the mastermind behind Melbourne’s famed Smith & Daughters and Smith & Deli), a next-level sushi bar takeover from superstar Hiroyuki Saito at Bondi’s Icebergs and an exclusive dinner brought together by French chef Alain Passard (from Paris’ Arpège, just ranked as one of the top ten best restaurants in the world) at Restaurant Hubert.

Pre-sale tickets for Good Food Month are on sale now and general admission goes on sale Thursday 25 July at 9am, head here for more details.
