In Sydney, we’re not short of an epic food festival or two, so get ready to round up the crew for your next day of feasting.
Parklands Food Festival, just a mammoth day where you can eat your way to a glorious food coma, is coming back to Sydney and this year calls for a slew of famous chefs (like Miguel Maestre and Shangri-La’s pastry master Anna Polyviou), food trucks and cooking demonstrations.
This is the festival’s eighth year of operation (just casually) and you can expect over 50 food vendors to be churning out delicious eats including smoked meats and seafood, dessert towers, pretzels and loaded tacos. This gem will also bear live music and yes, it’s dog-friendly.
