If you know anything about anything, you’ll know that Simply Hummus is Sydney’s very first bar entirely dedicated to—you guessed it—hummus.
Simply Hummus is hidden away in a little hole-in-the-wall spot in Darlinghurst and packs a tiny menu that's full of flavour with Turkish coffee, baklava and of course, a bottomless hummus deal that’s almost too good to be true.
And in very tasty news for everyone living in the east, Simply Hummus has just dropped a Bondi-based pop-up.
Slotting into the corner cafe know as Up South for the next few weeks, Simply Hummus Bondi is set to churn out a whole lot of chickpea goodness (and entirely vegan feeds) from Wednesday through to Saturday nights. On the menu, you’ll find all the falafel balls, the team’s signature hummus (of course), pita chips and even a whole roasted cauliflower with tahini, parsley, mint pesto and craisins.
To make things even better, you’ll be able to wash down the hummus feastings with an ice-cold beer as the pop-up is fully licensed. Head over here for more details.
