Get Fancy, This Bondi Beach Club Is Doing $1 Oysters Every Wednesday In July

We hear you Sydney. You’ve spent the last few months on rice and tuna and you just want to dress up, sip bubbles and rock some oysters. Well, you’re in luck.

The Pacific Club, Bondi’s resident beachside bistro, is famous for plating up some next-level nibbles including Iggy’s sourdough with cultured butter, seaweed crackers with mascarpone and miso cream, and too-good-to-be-true Appellation oysters served with a zesty mignonette.

If you don’t know what “Appellation” oysters are, they’re pretty much the crème de la crème of shucked goodness having been handpicked by individual farmers based on how good they are. And for the whole of July, Pacific Club has decided to serve these bad boys for $1 a pop, every Wednesday night from 5pm until 7pm.

They’re quite literally oysters of the moreish kind so you will have to purchase a drink before you can score the dollar deal (and we suggest you go for a glass of Italian bubbles or French rosé) and your oyster antics will be capped at a dozen.

Make sure you nab a booking here.

The Details
