Sokyo
Vibe out to smooth synth grooves with a smoky cocktail in hand at Sokyo. They have invited DJ Alex Dimitiades to design a unique soundscape that will accompany every decadent bite over the next couple of months. Expect rare tunes from niche genres like Japanese funk and Italo disco while the smoky array of cocktails and whiskey flights take you on a sensory journey.
BLACK Bar & Grill
Keep your eyes open at BLACK Bar & Grill this month for their visual dining experience. While you can of course expect their usual fare of rich, woodfired meats, this extravagant norm will be contrasted with beautiful blooms wherever you turn. The flowers in question will be an abundance of magnolias, once again pushing the theme of indulgence and opulence. Surround yourself with rare silky petals as you dine on world-class dishes and sip signature cocktails.
Flying Fish
What’s more decadent and impactful to the senses than a sip of vodka? Flying Fish has teamed up with Belvedere to bring us distinctive flavours of vodka that will send your senses reeling. Choose from Lake Bartężek cocktail featuring hints of spearmint, toasted nuts, and black pepper, Smogóry Forrest boasting robust flavours of salted caramel and a kiss of honey, or the Belvedere Heritage with ever-so-subtle notes of raw honey, walnuts, and allspice. You can also choose from their vodka cocktail menu, featuring a not-so-classic martini and the mouthwatering smoked appletini.
CHUUKA
We’re so often obsessed with the flavour of food that we forget to truly savour the texture. CHUUKA is drawing your attention to not only brilliant flavours but how they interact and feel in your mouth. Their Roe Service features Ikura salmon roe alongside golden egg yolk sauce for rich buttery goodness, cashew cream for smooth subtle flavour, crispy potato rice crackers, fresh chives, and shallots. Dig in to experience a sensory explosion in your mouth.
Cucina Porto
Combining more decadent flavours with unbelievable texture is Cucina Porto. They’re serving up an Italian Dessert Platter any nonna would be proud of. From soft bignes filled with luxurious cream to crunchy cannoli, smooth tiramisu, and light chocolate sponge, feel the textures and flavours of Italy’s best desserts all on one plate.
The Darling Spa
Surprised to see a spa on the list? We think there’s no better place to ignite all the senses at once. The Darling Spa has brought onboard Tame Impala’s Cam Avery to design a soundscape for your next treatment. While your mind is transported by the curated ambient sound and aromatic oils, you’ll receive a restorative full body exfoliation, mud wrap, and massage for over an hour. Top it all off with champagne service for the full sensory package.
